The project of Ex Frigorifero was born with the aim of reviving an urban space located in the historic centre of Cuneo. The spaces are designed to stimulate sociality and openness towards the outdoor square. A polyvalent building is envisaged characterized by the high flexibility.

The lobby is a key element for the paths that characterize the area but also for all the activities it will host will become a link between the internal courtyard and the public square as well as between the common area on the ground floor and the exhibition and training spaces on the upper floors. Precisely for this reason, in the centre of the entrance lobby, there is a large staircase designed in such a way as to become itself a lively and usable place. Green and Biophilic design principles were carefully followed during the design of this building.
